Award Winner- VP Cheney visits my area
Vice President Dick Cheney visited my local newspapers coverage area prior to the 2004 presidential election. I was able to go with the paper's writers and photographers and snapped this photo. I later submitted it to multiple photo competitions and received the PSPA's 2005 Photo award.

Each year at one of my local churches holds a vacation Bible school. One of the events for the younger children was the opportunity to race the pastor. This photo of the pastor was also nominated for multiple awards.

Celebration III
Prior to the release of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Star Wars fans and enthusiasts congregate for a bash of galactic proportion in Indianapolis to celebrate the last Star Wars film's release. My dad and I decided it would be fun to make the sojourn and later wrote about our experience.
Free Spirit Scholarship and Conference
In 2005 I was selected to represent Pennsylvania at the annual Freedom Forum Al Neuharth Free Spirit Scholarship and Conference, held in Washington, D.C. Here I stand with Al Neuharth, founder of USA Today, at the Conference awards dinner.
